About
Welcome to Eat Well Buffalo
Our philosophy is simple- if you Eat Well, you will Be Well. Food is powerful, and we can create wellness and prevent disease by making smart food choices. As our parents always told us, “You are what you eat”.
Eat Well Buffalo offers insight on how to live a simple and healthy life. Eat Well Buffalo is a practical approach to healthy nutrition, in addition to being easy and convenient and yet not costing a fortune. Both minimizing the number of ingredients and attempting to use mostly on-hand items will allow a more practical and less-complicated approach to some of the other more complex alternatives.
We will show you some of our favorite healthy meals and offer recipes that are delicious and simple. Make sure and check out our healthy tips section. Our calendar will contain dates and times of local events that might be of interest to you.

Our emphasis and direction should be on the prevention of disease and taking those steps to eat healthy (plant based, whole foods as much as possible), incorporating exercise into our daily lives, practicing mindfulness and meditation, as well as being committed to recycling, sustainability and making a difference in this wonderful community in which we live.
